1. Definitions
- "Lessor": Acme Luxury Cars
- "Lessee": Any natural or legal person renting a vehicle
- "Vehicle": Any luxury vehicle made available by the Lessor
2. Rental Conditions
2.1 Age and License
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
- Mandatory presentation of valid identification
2.2 Reservation
- Online reservation via our website
- Minimum notice: 24 hours
- Maximum reservation: 90 days in advance
- Confirmation by email after payment
2.3 Rental Duration
- Minimum duration: 24 hours
- Extensions possible (subject to availability)
- Late return: Hourly billing at current rate + penalties
3. Pricing
3.1 Rental Price
- Prices displayed in USD (including VAT 20%)
- Two pricing modes:
- Packages: 12h, 24h, Weekend
- Hourly rate: Price per hour
- Mileage included according to package
- Additional kilometers: USD 2/km
3.2 Additional Services
- Premium Insurance: According to vehicle
3.3 Deposit
- Mandatory deposit: USD 2,000 to USD 10,000 (depending on vehicle)
- Hold by credit card or cash
- Return within 7 days after vehicle inspection
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Methods
- Online credit card (Stripe)
- Payment at pickup (cash or card)
- Full payment required to confirm reservation
4.2 Cancellation
- More than 48h before: Full refund
- 24-48h before: 20% retention
- Less than 24h before: 50% retention
- No-show: No refund
5. Vehicle Use
5.1 Restrictions
The Lessee agrees to:
- Use the vehicle in accordance with traffic rules
- Not sublease the vehicle
- Not drive under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Not transport prohibited goods
- Not participate in races or competitions
5.2 Maintenance
- Check levels daily (oil, water, tire pressure)
- Report any technical problems immediately
- Fill up before return (appropriate fuel)
5.3 Additional Drivers
- Mandatory declaration at reservation
- Supplement of USD 50/driver
- Same age and license conditions
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1 Included Insurance
- Mandatory civil liability
- Partial comprehensive insurance (deductible depending on vehicle)
- 24/7 roadside assistance
6.2 Deductible
- Standard: USD 2,000 to USD 5,000 (depending on vehicle)
- "Zero Deductible" option: +30% of rental price
6.3 Damages
The Lessee is responsible for:
- All vehicle damages (up to deductible)
- Theft in case of negligence (keys left in vehicle)
- Interior damages (stains, burns, tears)
- Excessive cleaning fees: USD 200
7. Accidents and Breakdowns
7.1 In Case of Accident
- Call the police immediately (if necessary)

- Complete an accident report
- Never leave the scene without a report
- Take photos of damages
7.2 In Case of Breakdown
- Contact our 24/7 assistance
- Do not have repairs done without our agreement
- Replacement vehicle provided subject to availability
8. Vehicle Return
8.1 Vehicle Condition
- Clean (interior and exterior)
- Full fuel tank (same level as at departure)
- General condition as per departure report
- All accessories and equipment returned
8.2 Inspection
- Contradictory inspection upon return
- Return report signed by both parties
- Remarks and damages noted immediately
8.3 Delay
- Tolerance: 30 minutes
- Beyond: Hourly billing + USD 100 penalty

10. Disputes and Applicable Law
10.1 Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Swiss law.
10.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metropolis, United States.
10.3 Mediation
In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before any legal action.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Modification
Acme Luxury Cars reserves the right to modify these conditions. New conditions apply to reservations made after their publication.
11.2 Nullity
If a clause is declared null, the other clauses remain in force.
11.3 Force Majeure
Acme Luxury Cars cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
